3PI Program Results
Building upon our legacy of empowering vulnerable youth for over a decade, SMF launched the Potential on the Periphery Pipeline Initiative (3PI ) in North Carolina for the 2009-2010 academic year. SMF’s focus has been to set up a uniquely valuable college pipeline/counseling program serving vulnerable and under-represented students in North Carolina. Implementation has been successful, especially considering this is only the 3PI program’s first year in North Carolina.
